Re: Recent Collections on CR, Should I even bother applying for mortgage now?

Just wanted to update that I start looking at houses this weekend! Woohoo! Got my preapproval and all. Take a look at my scores now, almost 700 across the board. I know I got another hurdle to cross when it comes time to actually purchase and get the loan but I'm glad I got to this part. Feels like I'm getting somewhere now.

Starting Score: 586 TU, 618, EX, 635 EQ
Current Score: 698 TU, 692 EQ, 706 EX
Goal Score: 700 all
