Recent interest rate on USDA Guaranteed

Just wondering if anyone has recently gotten an USDA Guaranteed loan and what the interest rate was?

Currently we are scoring at about 650.

I qualify for the guaranteed both in area & income.

We have 650 mids as well and locked this week USDA guaranteed 5.0% with 1.125 points.

I'm sure you can re-fi an old USDA loan for lower rates, but not sure if (for instance) a current FHA loan can be re-fi'd by USDA.
