First time prospective homebuyer here anxious to hear about my loan. I recieved a refer eligible today so the waiting game begins.
I had a Chapter 13 in 2006 (dismissed in 2010) after my late ex-hub left me with some bad debt. Mid-credit score is 712 but had one late payment post-bankruptcy on a student loan (loan came off deferment after the 13 was dismissed, took a while to locate it after it was sold all over the place).
Income well over 100K, same job for 6.5 years, only one car loan and a student loan for debt (very loc debt/income ratio).
Thoughts? Suggestions? I'm biting my nails over here...
