We are military (me retired) and spouse went back active duty back during the housing crash (2009). Converted primary to rental up to current. Home has finally gained some equity but can anyone recommend any reputable banks that will refinance a rental. I have Chase (arm) and equity loan with Navy Fed. Just spent some time talking with them (nfcu) and no products available for rentals and will try USAA now. I will try Chase also. Our scores, better than about 720 across the board, I have a high DTI but wife's is less than about 16%. Thanks for any recommendations.
