Does a person that has recently become an AU on 2 credit cards face any issues with refinancing their home? I made a family member an AU on my IHG and ED as they both have decent limits and low utilization..... figured if its going to cause issues just have them forced of their reports. They only have 3 credit cards a lowes at 12k and two cap 1's at 3k each. Utilization is 20%.
