Refinance calculators

Hello all,

I have been getting a lot of refinancing offers as of late.  Can anyone direct me to some useful refinance calculators to see if it's even worth looking at?  I am currently 3 years in to a 5.25% rate on an FHA loan (Wells Fargo).  The best offer I have received is 1% lower. I don't know if it's worth it at this point in time.

I usually go to www.bankrate.com/ for calculators. They seem to have all types.

Thank you much! I will check it out!  I am not thinking it will be worth it at this point in time, but it's always good to evaluate.

I found the right calculator for me up there!  Thanks Marine!!!! And EEK, nope not worth it right now.  Maybe somemore years down the road!
