My scores EX 756/ EQ 761/ TU 791 

Husbands Scores EX 691/ EQ 678/ TU 701 

Income: Self - Employed (me) - $150,000 after deductions

Husband - Self - Employed $210,000 after deductions 

Debt: Car Leases: $1900, Boat Loan: $980, Min Credit Card Payments: $300.00: Currently have zero balances other then Amex $500 

Mortgagae: I currently owe $1.1 Million on the mortgage and rougly 320k on second mortgage; The house is worth roughly $2 Million My mortgage interest is 7.9% i know i want 5% my payments now are $10,885 with taxes and insurance 

Does wells fargo do jumbo mortgages or chase?

I am in the process of refinancing a jumbo loan as well and the rate I was quoted is 4.5%. I'm using a mortgage broker.
