Removing " Accounts in dispute"

I was recently turned down by my lender and their underwriters because I had too many accounts in dispute.  Now that I have qualified I need to remove these from my credit report?

What is the quickest and best way to approach this?  I need it done fast.

Others have mentioned the same, that lenders don't like to see disputed accounts. The only thing you can do is to wait until the disputes clear. It should clear 30 or so days from the date of the dispute.
