Hello!
I have inherited a very old house that needs a total renovation. I am in the process of building credit right now, but I want to ask for advice on my best approach. We are not ready yet- scores in mid to high 500s right now, but I’m working diligently on it. I expect to be ready in 8-12 months. I have an auto loan, 2 recreational loans through credit union, 2 secured credit cards, and student loans. All less than 2 years old, Secured cards are new. I also have blemishes I’m working on.
What is the best loan for a house that is PIF , but needs total renovation inside and out. It’s worth $42K, but needs $50K in repairs (at least)???
Thank you!
