Good Afternoon, I'm back again with yet another question! 
I wanted to find out if underwriters are verifying 12 months of rent payments? That wasn't one of the requirements when we re ran all of the final numbers through the Auto underwriting system and I everything was approved. The reason why I'm nervous is because although I currently pay my rent on time and I'm current I have had late payments with-in a 12 month period.
