so if you live rent free but have a high income usda disqualifies you since your rent was 0 do to sticker shock? If true thats laughable

I understand USDA has income restrictions(discrimination ) but I meant high income inside their limits but you have been living rent free? Are they really going to disqualify someone based on sticker shock? or is that just one thing they will look at?
