Running out of patience!!!!!

So, I finally heard from my LO.  I've been approved (yayyy!!), but with conditions. I'm currently in line with the processor for condition review. I hope it's nothing big. Oh my!

I'm also waiting for the appraisal to be completed.

Since I've been approved and even though I have conditions and my appraisal hasn't come in yet, does that mean I can relax a little bit?  I can't jump for joy yet.

I think you can relax a little pending your conditions.  If there was a massively insane hurdle left to clear, like some sort of huge collection or something to pay off, I would hope you would have already been notified.
