Hi! My husband and I are in New England and just went under contract. We are going through RD Direct and on the prequal it states they based it on a home insurance number of $720 a year. I have spent all day getting quotes and none of them come close! I don't know what to do!! The nearest numbers I got were around $1,000 for a year. Has this happend to anyone else? What do you do?
