I'm in a ss situation, we got the home appraised and it came in at 245,000 and we offered the bank 243,000 does this help at all? Also I'm working with USDA and was told the are not ordering any more appraisals, so we had to get the home appraised by the 30 of Sept.in order for us not to have to wait for them to reevaluate. This deal has to work out for us because we paid $400 for the appraiser and now USDA wants us to do an inspection but I need to be sure I get the house. The second lien holder is owed $40,000 and were trying to get them $20,000, which I think is a good deal.
