Good Morning everyone!
I'm looking to purchase a home in the next year and would like to know how much student loans affect getting a mortgage. By the time I am done with my master's I will have about $100,000 in SL. Will this prevent my from qualifying?
Also if anyone can give me a low down on what exactly I would need to qualify for a loan..debt to income ration, fico score..etc.
