Finally made it, 649 middle score. Of course due to getting down payment assistance, my closing will probably be pushed to next month as they are having a 4-6 turn around time now. I did get my case # so no FHA increases.
Things I worry about now:
-had 3 nsf fees this year (1 was bank error, 1 deposit posting error, and 1 was my error)...my statements say ytd so they can see those. I stopped using my odp because I read that was look at negatively.
-old stuff (medical) I am fighitng so it doesn't end up on my report....collection agencies tend to pop up when they see RE inquiries and you credit being cleaned up, where were they when I was in the 400s last year.
-getting dispute comments removed before they even ask me to is turning in to a chore
-my lease ends this month so I will have to do an extended stay hotel thing next month and put my stuff in storage
Any suggestions on the above?
