Self Employed - Conventional Mortgage - Quarterly Estimated Taxes

Hello all,

I have a quick question about conventional mortgage for the self employed.

In the past couple of years rather than pay quarterly taxes I have paid my entire tax bill at the end of the year as a lump sum.

I was wondering if when my new home is finished in July, whether not having paid any 2016 quarterly estimated taxes will be an issue on the conventional mortgage loan?

All 2015 taxes have already been paid in full.

No issue. No taxes will be viewed during current year
