We just found out the sellers didn't like the closing time sooo they closed earlier today . I didnt realize you could close whenever you felt like.

 We have a lot of issues with our sellers they lied about HOA dues said it was 200 a year I found out by ggogle that it was 420. They didn't think it mattered!!!!!!!  they lied and fixed nothing that they agreed to  . They had to have someone come Friday night and re fix everything they said they had already fixed!!   Our realtor and awesome inspector reinspected later Friday night and looked over the receipts for us.

Since the trust issues our realtor is going by the house and checking it after the sellers close and before we close. Because they refused to allow us to do a walkthrough last night!

Wish us luck and that the sellers didn't do anything stupid.  They were very ANGRY about there closing costs and said they were lied to.

Oh wow.. That's horrible... That would really stink to not be able to trust the people living in your house... (Figure of speech)

I can say one thing.. we don't have any realtors or anything going on right now but, the people we are buying the house from has pretty much been really inviting... Each time we go out to talk to them about the status of things, they always let me walk any where I want thru the house... Last Friday we all just sat out in the garage and had friendly conversation...

I just really hope I get big news this week.. This stuff is driving me crazy.. ha ha

My seller was actually the office manager of one of my main vendors...   I noticed when we were across the table at closing, I had my work logo on my shirt, he had his work logo on his shirt.  All of a sudden I knew him and had worked with him for 3+ yrs every time I ordered special equipment that they provide

That has to be frustrating.  That is one thing I am thankful for... our home is vacant and we have the code and are aloud to visit anytime.  We just went and measured the kitchen last night.

It was very frustrating. I was starting to think they didn't want to sell. But it is ours and we changed the locks last night.  They did leave all the windows unlocked and 7 windows were open 2 inches and it was raining. I was furious about that but what can you do.
