Well, I've received my conditions so I feel somewhat safe starting this thread. Carrying the format from previous months

Footers went in last Friday, so we are anxious to watch it rise from the ground (and the ashes of my former credit-ignoring self)

Congratulations you all. Can the August/September closers continue posting pictures of their house? It gives me a little motivation.

This is my first home purchase and I too feel {somewhat confidant} to post on this forum. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. Trying to buy a home is overwhelming but with my stalking of this forum I feel better knowing that I am not the only one with these feelings! Anywho ~ I knew this was my house the first time I saw it. WIth prayer, patience and obedience, I pray to close on the 4th of September!!!
***Update*** We just received the clear to close for 09/07/12... Walk-through is scheduled for 9 am tomorrow! GOD is good!

I've just sent loads of documents and fulfilled all of my conditions (hopefully). Being self employeed= endless paperwork, haha.

I'm a contractor. I was hoping for a fixer upper, but came across this house.. It's in move-in ready condition, so I get to start on the fun projects instead. First up is to help the curb appeal out with some landscaping and a front porch to give the front of the house some dimension.
