So I passed through DU today, but my LO and broker said the collections for FHA are in effect now, regardless of whether or not you had an FHA number already. They also said that it is not accumulative, but for single debts over $1k.
Any thoughts on this?

Some lenders have went ahead and started enforcing the new rules, but they do not go into affect until April 1. Sounds like your lender has went ahead and started enforcing it. Lenders can be more strict than FHA guidelines.
