On may 3rd we put a offer on a " pre approved" short sale here in vegas.
May 5th our offer was accepted by the owners.
May 25th bank approved our offer!! they just had one loan through chase bank.
So now I have to call our mortgage banker and let them know what is going on. We have been pre approved since January so im assuming i have to give all new updated bank statements and paystubs. SOOO nervous for underwriting..i have heard the worst stories and the best.. (kinda like labor stories i guess)
