I have a similar history t yours and UTL is probably hurting you if you can get that down it will give you a huge bump.

The answer to the second question is: probably within 5 days of your statement date it varies depending on the CCC.

Update one paid CC has been updated.
My wife is now
EQ (680) to 696
EX (689) to 707
have not checked TU
 
Mine have not changed yet.
