Simple mortgage question

I have 2 paid medical collections and 1 unpaid medical collection, I just refinanced the house I live in and it is now in my name only, will this give me a credit score? As of now I have no scores, my first mortgage payment is March 1st.

Yes this will help create a score, but probably not until it has reported 6 months worth of payments to the credit bureaus.

I have read that some will start posting as early as 2 months. It will help get your score moving. I would try to get a credit card as well to help build your score.

Yes, but it takes a minimum of 6 months reporting for a score to be created....

In most instances your new mortgage should report when the first "statement" posts about 20 days before your firstpayment is due...
