Congrats. I recommend getting in touch with a loan officer ASAP to discuss your strategy going forward BEFORE applying and BEFORE allowing your credit to be pulled by them. Most will want to pull your credit but don't let them until you are truly ready. Gather your information, oncluding your scores and info on your baddies, DTI, Utilization, and so forth so you can discuss in detail what programs are options for you and what steps you need to take to get approved.
