Yeah, it's crazy, isn't it?? BTW, I did not get my buyer orientation. My coordinator kept forgetting to do it and we just ran out of time So I had a lot of unanswered questions at the table, but the closing agent was really helpful. And they DID NOT pull my credit report again before closing. I know I read over and over again that they WOULD before closing, and sometimes the day of closing, but they did NOT. I suspect that was just another slip up and more of an anomaly than norm, however.
