I have a 700, its not great but not bad. Im using my VA loan to get a starter loan, heres the tricky part. This is a place that will only be a vacation home, on a large property I own in the middle of the woods, hence the vacation part.
Question is, What do you think would be economically sound for living in on occaision, keeping in mind that the VA will appraise it and whatnot.
I've heard about log cabin kits, etc.
Does anyone have any advice on what would be a responsible financial decision in this case, and economically safe.
