No they aren't doing that Smiley Sad. Did they do that with yours?  We were going to epoxy the garage after we close since we aren't moving in until the week after when we both are on vacation. What kind of concrete sealer do you recommend?

Nah, they rarely seal it. We have to do our garage and our front steps.  It's neither expensive, nor difficult to do...it just always bothered me that builders don't do it. It's not as crucial for you to do it right away anyway, because of where you live.  It's just easier to do when the surface is as clean as possible.  For us? We get snow measured in multiple feet for 7 months of the year. lol. 

 

There's a lot of good brands.  "Seal-Krete" from Home Depot does everything you'd want it too.  Again, I was just wondering mostly if your builder was going to do it out of curiosity. Not something you have to worry about right away.
