I will be starting the USDA process in NJ relatively soon. I have once collection pending deletion before I want to do the pulls. I have calls set up today with mortgage consultants at Wells Fargo & two smaller banks. Do you think it would be in my best interest to go with one of the smaller banks? Any other advice you can give would be appreciated!
