Starting the process soon...

Was getting items on my report cleaned up and fixed... recently bought a new car and saw alot of hard pulls from diffrent car finance places all with in 30 days... do morgage  or underwriting people ignore multi pulls like that?

The short answer is yes, the underwriter should understand that the multiple credit inquiries were for the purpose of loan shopping - something that people do with mortgages as well.  In addition, the FICO score formula "de-duplicates" these inquiries, so even if you have 3 dozen inquiries within a short period of time, they will only be scored as a single inquiry.

If you have any unresolved or unsuccessful disputes on your credit file, have them removed.


Starting Score: 675
Current Score: EX 753 FICO, EQ 737FICO, TU 738
Goal Score: 776 FICO
