Just got a call from the processor... they needed a LOE as to why the address on the front of my ID is not my current address, even though I have an updated sticker on the back with my current address... smh!

Also waiting on seller's broker to sign papers and send them to title so I can get my keys....

Just got another email... papers have been returned by seller's agent and the funds for the house have been wired!!!!!!!!!!!!!
