Where can I fina a sub prime lender?  I don't even know if that's what I am looking for, but I was told it's the only way for me to go.

No such thing anymore. Easiest to qualify for is FHA, but before we can even begin to help you we need to know your credit profile. Check the sticky above to see what we need to look at.

At a minimum... your FICO score(s), your income, monthly debt payments on cars, credit cards, student loans.

There are hard money lenders but that's not something you really want to look into.  The rates are steep and terms usually short.
