Submitted mortgage application

I submitted my mortgage applicaon today, the lender ran my credit and I was really stoked to see my tri-merg scores come back at EX 840/EQ803/TU784. TU and EQ are still not showing updated balances on 2 accounts that EX is. Lender said it should get me excellent rates and the loan I wanted. For those who are wondering how Myfico scores compare, these are my scores from this morning on myfico Ex 827/EQ803/TU777 so as expected the EQ was exactly the same and the other two were better. Now just waiting for him to run the application through.
