I have 4 kids and completely understand.  Just breath, we are here to help; a little moral support goes a long way.  Explain to the lender the circumstances and how imperative it is to have this closing actually close.  Good luck, hope it all works out very soon.

No. That's what we're waiting for. It's 1pm now.

We're going through a state program, and the paperwork was sent to them for processing. So I guess the underwriter approved it yesterday afternoon. I just got an email saying that my lender is still waiting. If we don't close at 1:30p, the next slot is 7pm, which gives us barely any time to move today. This sucks.

So there's a chance we can go to settlement 20 min from now?

No I dont think so, its probably gonna be Monday. But maybe tonight if they push it.
