Nope. 'Cause really, you're paying yourself back with that loan. Since it was a loan against your money, that you're paying back to yourself, it's not technically a debt!
IMHO I wouldnt and didnt either when I did my refi. I forgot about it since it is paid though payroll deductions so I never see it. They only time it might be an issue if you changed jobs during the mortgage process.
