I'm just hoping they don't get up to 5 1/8% by the time I get my crap together enough to be appraisal-ready. I'm AT 5 1/8%, but I'm hoping to get out of PMI by refinancing into a conventional...or at least go from FHA to conventional to get out of PMI sooner. The lowest I saw was 2.75% for a 15 year and 3.5% for a 30 year. It's interesting that now the 20 year rates seem to be distancing from the 30 year rates...
