Does anyone know if they are going to extend the tax credit again?

No word, and if they do they probably won't announce it until just before the end of June, like they did before. The goal was to spur growth in the homebuying sector, and announcing an extension this early would be counter productive to the goal since a lot of people who are trying to get the tax credit would hold off on buying now.

If I'm not mistaken...which I might be.....to qualify....a purchase agreement has to be signed on or before April 30th...and closing must occur on or before June 30th.
