Taylor, Bean and Whitaker FHA streamline loan?

I just recieved a letter from TBW about streamling my existing loan. I was originally with them for 1 year but was transferred to Bank of America this past August when TBW was closed. Is this a scam?

not a scam, but probably pre-paid marketing that never got canceled.  Ignore it.

Or it could be marketing from another lender. Read the fine print...your mortgage is public record and mortgage companies pay to get it so they can market. If you have and FHA loan with a rate at or above 5.5% you should be looking to refi and a streamline is a perfect option as income and appraised value are not taken into account.
