Texas Vet Land Board Home Loans

While researching veteran loan options in Texas for vets I ran across the Texas Veteran Land Board home loan options. The base rate is 3.12 and the discounted rate if you're a 30% of more disabled vet is 2.62%! My LO told me the fees are higher but at rates like these you would more than save the fees over 30 years. This is a great option for vets out there.

It's an excellent program. I've used it in the past.

Unfortunately you can't refinance through them.
