A year ago I never imagined being able to sit here typing the words, I closed on my home today! I started stalking forums about 6 months ago and got real aggressive with cleaning up my credit. Congrats to you. I think it doesn't matter who you are you get worried over this process. My min score is 780 mid 786 high 806 with no credit issues, low debt, and steady income and I still worry about getting to the closing table.

I only have 3 CC's and the limits are only $500/500/2300. I was at a total utilization of 43% in January. I paid both smaller cards to $0 and the bigger card down to a $400 total balance. I also had a medical collection for $172 that i was able to get PFD and cleaned that up in 8 days
