Congratulations!  The house looks beautiful.  I know how excited you must be.  I'm just starting my house building journey myself, and this is my second new build.  They've just cleared the lot and built a sub-wall.  Foundation should be poured in about a week.

Moved in!

LATE Posting....but things got BUSY. 
Thanks to all the advice here, we closed on our new home on July 28th. 4br/2.5ba w/ an unfinished bonus room above the garage. Moved in on July 29th and have been attempting to get unboxed and settled in since. :-). Internet and TV hooked up yesterday.

Again, I can't say enough thanks to the contributors here. Without y'all guidance, we'd probably still be in our little apartment
