I am happy to say that after a long rebuilding process we just got our pre approval and will be building our home in about 2 months!!! Thank you for all the great advice!!!
Congrats to you!!! I've seen a post where people are posting pics of their soon-to-be houses. I love looking at those! Dreams come true. You should post pics of the model (if there is one).
