Thank you gift for LO???

Is this something that one can do as thank you for a job well done, or does this create some sort of conflict of interest for the LO.

if the home has already been bought and closed it shoudl be fine.  I would say a GC for dinner or something woudl be fine.  Large purchase items or cash gifts are questionable as they already got paid well for their job.

If the purchase is still in the works, I would hold off on anything larger than small gifts/buying lunch/dinner.
