After a long journey and a lot of hard work and cutting back from credit problems my fiancé and I got a conditional approval the other day! We are beyond excited as we are only 24 and now are going to be moving in together! The conditions were really simple and we are waiting for the last piece to send it back to under writing. The fist time it went to under writing it only took 2 days to get a answer. We are hoping to close by the end of next week and I was so surprised how smooth the hole process went
