Thanks to GOD and THANKS TO THIS FORUM my wife and I are proud new owners of a brand new home. So anyone out there who is trying to be home owners,keep your heads high listen to all the advice on this forum and you will soon be a success story. We started with scores in the mid 500's and made it to the lower 700's in just around 2yrs. B.K.13 still on record. We got approved for 5% int. 30yr. fixed. So just remember if we did it so can you!! Thanks ArmyStrong, Remember if you go to a lender to get pre-qual. ask to see all your scores before you leave. It was nice to get a real experian score. Tu-737,Eq-717,Ex.715 (lenders scores)
