Just wanted to let you all know that I closed on my home yesterday-7/21/08.
I was able to lock-in at 5% and all the incentives were approved and included (wooden blinds, appliance package, etc)...
I'm not really sure how I feel because I've experienced so many emotions and I know in a day or two reality will set in and I'll be walking around shaking the keys at people as they pass me by in the same fashion as a female who was just proposed to shows off her engagement ring
Thanks for all your help and support. This forum rocks! Good luck to everyone and my tad bit of advice---hang in there, the keys are on the other side of all the stress...
