Even though this is only my 2nd or 3rd post on here,I would like to say thanks for all the great advice and information here.I have been reading this forum for awhile and was able to raise my middle score from about 590 to 710 over this year and closed on my home this past Thursday the 8th..I learned things that I didnt know you could so just wanted to say thanks and let others know to just keep at it and you can get your score where it needs to be.

Congratulations Kacy65.  I am new here as well and I am grateful that I found this Board.  The wealth of knowledge is invaluable and is helping making my first home purchase less stressful.
