The rate game...

What do you all think is going to happen with the rates in the next month or so?  I'm nervous about coming so far and have this nagging feeling that by the time it's time for me to lock in, rates will be up even more.

Any thoughts? Both from the pros and from those that are looking to buy in the very near future.
