Just got an email from LO (SunTrust) that UW said I needed to call 800# (First American Credit Co) because several accounts had not updated in 4 months (Beneficial, BestBuy, Capital One) so I had to participate in a three way call with the 3 above mentioned creditors to verify that I had not missed a payment in the past three months and to verify balances. Of course two of the three had no balances.
However I've been pulling my credit report every month since December when I began this mortgage process and both EQ and TU have been reporting every month. What gives? Why has it not shown up on mortgage company pulls?
