Conventional with a bit over 5% down.
I have a short credit profile, and my middle score for their models was 669, but otherwise was smooth sailing on the mortgage side of things. Just a lot of providing various documentation.
We closed this past friday, and are over half moved in at this point. I may not have actively posted in this part of the forum, but I did read quite a bit, and it helped me a understand the process quite well. I thank you all!
