Thx for help on equity now I need some help on mortgage

So ok everything I have to find is difficult not all banks do it such as my equity post but knocked that out ,my next hurdle is finding a bank that will do  non occupied conventional mortgage a couple of places I think might is Freddie Mac or Fannie May but waiting back for a reply if anyone knows of any other so I can compare rates It would be much appreciated Thankyou in advance.
